Problem: Sludge constantly got behind wear tiles which caused corrosion as well as erosion of the flights. The unit became unbalanced and tiles frequently delaminated, requiring constant maintenance consisting of welding and retiling.

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-7.
