Application Situation
The customer had already tried to repair the leak with a different competitor product but with no success. They contacted their trustworthy contractor to see what solution they could offer and they reached us as we had already completed a few repairs for them in the past.
Application Method
The oil was still seeping at the moment of application, so we needed to stem the leak first. Thus, after doing surface preparation we stemmed the leak with Belzona 1221, thanks to its fast-curing properties. Then we proceed to do a few wraps of Belzona 1511 with Belzona 9341.
Belzona Facts
The customer was very pleased with the performance of our products. At the beginning he was skeptical because he had tried a similar solution in his eyes without much success. We followed up a month after the repair was completed and the leak was still sealed with the Belzona solution.
