Belzona Facts
This nine-year-old application is on the busiest stretch of interstate in the state of Missouri - linking St. Louis with Kansas City. The ragged edges and spalled concrete were cut out. Belzona® 4131 was used to fill in the hole, topped off with 1/4”-inch of Belzona® 4111. The application area was then covered with concrete blankets and heated with a gas-fired portable heater. External heat was applied for 50 minutes at 180°F, allowing the lane to open less than four hours later. It’s still there today.
