Problem: Sewage tank was experiencing leaks from various parts of the seal. Belzona discussed various options of repair to firstly stem the leak, seal the perimeter around the seal and application of the microporous solution.

Application Situation

The alternative solution was to drain the tank, lift the tank, repair, put back in place, and seal. These processes were estimated at around 250k without labor. However, Belzona did not only stem the leak in-situ but also repair the seal and was almost 8 times cheaper with labor included.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet GSS-3 and TCC-9.
