Problème: Emergency water tank was thin walled and leaking. Welding produced more leaks. The tank could not be taken out of service. Thin wall and leaks needed to be fixed while the tank was full.

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-1. The tank was blasted, which revealed three active leaks. The leaks were stopped with Belzona 1291. Then the entire area was coated with a fully reinforced Belzona 1111 with Belzona 9311.
Faits sur Belzona
To shut the plant down was over one million dollars. We eliminated the need for a forced shutdown.
