Problem: A large wall had continued to sustain damage through impact with loader shovels and payloaders in the tipping hall of a large Energy from Waste site. It was decided to use Belzona MagmaBuild 4141 as a solution and offer sizeable repairs

Application Situation

The Sales Engineer offered to support the application with the in-house colleagues, effectively training them "on the job" to be able to continue further repairs avoiding costly contractor costs.

Application Method

The wall was prepared by brushing, ensuring that all loose and friable materials were removed
The target areas were coated with Belzona 4911 TX Conditioner
The Belzona 4141 was mixed as per the IFU and applied by gloved hand, building up the volume until being troweled by a finishing trowel
