Application Situation

Bed plate of press used to accurately form the thickness of rubber sheet.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet ENC-7. After Belzona 1111 application it was necessary to level the plate by grinding.

Belzona Facts

Welding of this damage would take a long time, so rebuilding with Belzona 1111 was much better for customer. It was not first repair like this, first repair was done in 2013 and customer was satisfied with the outcome.
