Problem: Hub connectors were experiencing corrosion in offshore environments. Within these connectors there are multiple voids where salt water can sit & cause corrosion.

Two coats of Belzona 3412 applied

Application Situation

Corrosion protection was required for this equipment without sizing it in place or taking it out of service

Application Method

The connector was cleaned & coated with Belzona 8411. Bridging tape was then used to 'fair' and bridge large voids. Two coats of Belzona 3412 were then applied.
