Problem: Fenders were wrapped with tyres & chains for additional protection, which damages the fender & it become worn & punctured. Hence they were in need of a full service or replacement.

Application Situation
The Aban offshore company sent a fender which was being used to protect rig platform legs & they had become worn and punctured over time.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SOS-12. Surfaces were prepared using a MBX machine. After Conditioning the areas with 2921 were rebuilt with Belzona 2211 incorporating Belzona 9341 (Reinforcement Tape).
