Application Situation

Client was replacing their acid drip pans every few years. Acid remnants would sit in the pans exposed to atmosphere and corrode the bottom.

Application Method

Grit basted the interior surface. Applied 4301 to fillet the weld seams. Then applied 4311 to the entire interior.

Coating with Belzona dramatically extended the life of the pans, saving the customer money not having to replace them every few years.
