Application Situation
Application was completed under strict guidelines and quality control as stated in product specification and working recommendation.
AAS spray trained personnel were on site with subcontractor for the full duration of application.​
NACE/AMPP certified personnel were on site from both AAS and BRAND Safeway for full duration of application.​
All Quality Control measures, daily documentation and inspection records was recorded and provided to client upon completion of application.
Application Method
Scaffolding was erected and temp. roof tarp was installed to create a controlled environment. ​
Project was completed under climate controlled conditions for full duration of application.​
All walls 4’ from floor up were checked for chlorides and abrasive blasted as per manufactures recommendations.​
Belzona 1381 was then Spray/Hand applied (All Weld Seams, Nozzles and Critical Areas) and all QC testing was completed.​
Upon complete inspection of upper section. Scaffolding was removed and roof tarp reinstalled. All wall tie ins 4’ down to floor and floor area were checked for chlorides and abrasive blasted as per manufactures recommendations.
Belzona 1381 was then spray/Hand applied (All Weld Seams, Nozzles and Critical Areas) and all QC testing was completed.

(2) Brine Storage Tanks and (1) Brine Saturator Tank were completed in 2020 & 2021​
Approx. (975) Liters of 1381 per Brine Storage tank (65’ Diam. X 36’ Height) ​
Approx. (880) Liters of 1381 for Brine Saturator tank (38’ Diam. X 40’ Height) ​
Duration: (7-8) weeks per tank for internals
