Application Situation

Waste Water Pump has suffered heavy corrosion during operation and is need of repair a replacement would cost the client 11.000 EUROS.

Application Method

After blasting in accordance with Belzona standards the corroded areas were filled with Belzona 1311 and then coated the complete inside with two layers of Belzona 1321. The upper part we overcoated and then the external coating was coated with Belzona 5821.
