Application Situation

A conveyor belt (37m long) within a Pharmaceutical, which uses robots to pick medications prior to placing them on the conveyor belt.

Application Method

The conveyor belt was prepared by cutting out the damaged rip in order to ensure a clean application. A reinforcement sheet (Belzona 9341) was used in conjunction with a multipurpose liquid elastomer (Belzona 2221). The application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona System Leaflet SHM-01.
