Application Situation

Equipment was repaired in 24-48 hrs. with no need for welding or hot work. Due to the fast turn around and repair cost of less than 25% of new, this application proved to be the best option for the client.

Application Method

Equipment was abrasive blasted as per manufacture recommendations. Substrate profiles and chlorides were checked for compliance per manufacturer recommendations. Upon completion the application was successfully carried out per HEX-2 guidelines and returned to customer.

Head was repaired and restored to original specifications in 24-48 hrs. at roughly 25% of replacement cost.
