Problem: Pipe was previously repaired with fiberglass. Thin gage steel was used to make a form and bonded form with 1212 to pipe. Then we proceeded to wrap pipe (3 spirals) with 1981 Super Wrap system.

Application Situation
Pipe was previously repaired with fiberglass. We used thin gage steel to make form and bonded form with 1212 to pipe Then we proceeded to wrap pipe (3 spirals) with Belzona 1981 SuperWrap II system.
Application Method
Pipe was prepared using MBX tool then flooded with Belzona 9111 (Cleaner/Degreaser). Belzona 1212 was mixed and applied followed by three wraps of Belzona Superwrap II.

This repair kept the mill from shutting down to replace an exhaust pipe.
