Once the surface was rebuilt, Belzona 1321 (Ceramic S-Metal) was applied to enhance protection and prevent further damage.

Application Situation

The pump experienced severe erosion and extensive wear, resulting in a significant loss of efficiency.

Application Method

1. Apply Belzona 1311 to rebuild the worn-out metal
2. Overcoat the rebuilt pump with Belzona 1321 (Ceramic S-Metal)

The pump was taken out of service and considered beyond repair. However, with the expertise of the Belzona distributor, it was successfully restored and returned to operation with minimal downtime
