Application Situation

During a shutdown it was decided to trial Belzona on a chute liner to prevent coal sticking and downtime. Easy mixing and application made quick work of the lining areas.

Application Method

Grit blast was completed, degreased all surfaces and Belzona was applied according to IFU document.

This application has worked very well that the client is looking to have many other areas coated to prevent downtime and production stoppages.
