Application Situation
Pump caisson pipe suffering from external corrosion and through-wall defects
Application Method
The application was completed in accordance with Belzona System leaflet VPF-11 and SOS-21. Through wall defects were repaired by plate bonding using Belzona 1212. Pitting was repaired with Belzona 1161 followed by 2 coats of Belzona 5831 with Reinforcement Sheet between the coats.

Client required 10 year life expectancy for the repair.
