Belzona seals difficult to reach roof void

Problem: Leaks and issues were identified, originally emanating from an area of the roof which was extremely difficult to access, due to it's size, depth and position

A repair was needed to be made at a depth, almost out of each

It wouldn't have been possible to offer a solution any other way than a flexible membrane. Belzona 3131 was chosen

All complete with the deep void completely sealed

Application Situation

Only a narrow group of options were available to the client, who had used Belzona products successfully prior to this issue. It was quite an easy choice for them to agree to use Belzona 3131, with confidence

Application Method

All dirt and debris were removed
A coat of 3921 was applied to the area , followed by 2 coats of Belzona 3131 with 9361 reinforcing sheet in place

Due to the position and situation of the leaking joints, there was no other way to complete a repair other than using a flexible membrane. Due to the experience the client has had with previous Belzona products, it was an easy choice for them to agree to the proposed solution
