Problem: The floor in this refrigerator has been sitting on sub zero temperatures for 25 years. Constant freezing and unfreezing has left the concrete floor in very bad condition. In some areas it had up to two inches of concrete loss.

Application Situation

The only down time the customer had was over a long weekend. This floor was not suitable for food refrigeration and had to be taken care of as soon as possible. The preparation cleaning resurfacing and coating of this floor was done in three days. The customer is extremely happy with the outcome of the floor and has three more refrigeration units to be done shortly with Barzona repair system.
