Problem: Having to replace the pipe would take a lot of time and money, also they would have to cut the line.

This was the problem of pressure we had.

In this photo we show how ,after we put the plates and the jubilees with the Belzona 1212, we sealed all off with Belzona 1212 and Belzona 1161.

In here we show part of the Belzona SuperWrap II we did.

Finally in this photo we show the final look of the repair.

Application Situation

Due to the pressure that the water generated was really high so it was difficult to seal the crack.

Application Method

First of all, tried to seal the crack with Belzona 1212 via plate bonding and jubilees. After that, seal all the jubilees and the plate with Belzona 1212 and Belzona 1161, later on we would use Belzona SuperWrap II with Belzona 1982 and Belzona 9381. Finally, on top of that we would give it a coating of Belzona 5811DW2.

Belzona Facts

With this solution they could save a lot of money instead of changing the entire pipe, also a lot of time, but, the best of this solution it is that they did not needed to stop the pipe from transporting water.
