Problem: The surface of the concrete floor had become damaged due to heavy forklifts traffic and impact from heavy pallets being loaded and unloaded. The uneven surface was making it increasingly difficult for the the safe operation of their busy schedule.

Damaged sections of the floor

After surface preparation, the area was conditioned with Belzona 4911

The area was filled with Belzona 4124 except for the top 1/4 inch

Top 1/4 inch was filled with Belzona 4131

Application Situation

The company operation extremely ineffective. Belzona relative rapid curing, and the quality of the products was the natural option for the project.

Application Method

The application was completed in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1. The concrete ramp was grinded down until safe and sound on concrete was found. The Belzona floor repair system was applied to the damaged area without interruptions.

Belzona Facts

Other products were used prior to Belzona and all of them failed. In addition, the minimum downtime to complete the repairs was a deciding factor. Since the application was completed, the Belzona repairs have remained intact.
