Application Situation

In a wastewater treatment facility, a sludge pump suffered significant erosion on its impeller, leading to severe surface loss.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets CEP-3 & CEP-5.

Belzona Facts

The customer was planning to scrap the pump that had sustained serious damage due to erosion. Following technical meetings, it was indicated that this pump could be returned to service using Belzona products, and the customer was convinced. The customer was very satisfied with the outcome of the application.
