Application Situation

Belzona 1391T was applied directly on-site, eliminating the need for transportation to an FBE coating facility.

Application Method

1. Do grit blasting to remove the burned coating until the required profile and cleanliness is achieved.
2. Apply Belzona 1391T onto the internal fitting.
3. Spark testing to detect if there are any pinholes.

The Belzona solution save cost and time as the asset owner can apply the coating directly onto the profile without the need for delivering the spools to FBE coating facility.
