Problem: The mill load hog fuel for the boiler system. This 15-20 foot wall gets constantly loaded with hog to be sent the boiler via a conveyor system at its base. The wall was badly eroded and 'hang-ups' were occurring and thes stopped the flow to the boiler. A slick finish was needed to allow the hog to slide freely to the conveyor below

Application Situation
The loss of Hog to the boiler disrupted production for the mill. This was an ongoing issue for the mill.
Application Method
Belzona 4111 was used 2/3 up the wall where the worst wear was present and two coats of Belzona 5821 Immersion Grade AR was apply.
