Belzona 1812 was used to build up the whole material loss and subsequently a coat of Belzona 1321 was applied to smooth out the surface, this combination is the best possible solution to prevent or to slow down this erosion mechanism.

Problem: The customers Warman WGR200 suffered from erosion because of the failure of the rubber lining the entraped solid in the flow found route to the casing surface. The casing material wore until leakage.
