- The new bearing bush prepared with thread profile and longitudinal channels to accommodate plastic pipes for injection and to serve as locking keys to prevent bush rotation.
- Sealing the bottom of the new bush with Belzona® 1221.
- Completed application. Belzona® 1321 completely filled annular space. Pintle with metal shims were used for bush alignment.

Belzona saved time and money against an expensive machining of the housing and supply of larger bush. No alternative was fast enough to compete. This standard repair procedure eliminates galvanic corrosion and provides long term location of the bush.
