Application Method
Tabs were welded on to center the new bearing. 'Bondo' was used to fill the grease groove in the new bearing. The new bearing housing was formed one half at a time. Even with the Release Agent the 'Bondo' stuck to Belzona 1111. After the new housing was complete the 'Bondo' was removed with a chisel. The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet ENC-3b.

The only alternative was to replace the Jaw Crusher at a considerable expense.
