Problem: When using the Buderus condensing boiler, the bottom and walls of the boiler were damaged by corrosion.

The surface of the damaged bottom and wall of the boiler had to be blasted before applying Belzona products.

The missing original material was supplemented with the Belzona 1511 product.

Both the bottom and the walls were treated with the product Belzona 1593.

Application Situation

Corrosion caused damage to the bottom and walls of the boiler, making further use impossible.

Application Method

Abrasive surface treatment, desalination, degreasing and inspection before application. Repair of the outlet thread.
Application of the protective system with the material Belzona 1511 and 1593.

Belzona Facts

If the customer does not want to replace the damaged part, then it had to be repaired. Repair and protection with Belzona products was significantly cheaper than replacing with a new part.
