Problem: The welds started to crack in the stainless steel gutter.

Damages in the gutter were detected with a test spray.

Cracks on the bottom of the gutter.

Replacement of original material with Belzona 1511 product.

Wrap and reinforce with Belzona 1983 SuperWrap II + 9381 products.

Application Situation

Repair of welds by conventional welding would be lengthy, it would be necessary to thoroughly clean the places. Also, changing the gutters was out of the question due to time.

Application Method

Blasting of local places - welds. Cleaning + vacuuming + degreasing. Gap filling with Belzona 1511. Application of Belzona 1983 SuperWrap II + 9381.
