Problem: This pump is 30 plus years old and was in need of exterior restoration due to the environment it lives in.

Application Situation

This application saved the pump from future years of environmental damage. In order to replace this pump it would require many changes to the system costing the city thousands of dollars. We turned this pump around in three days.

Application Method

We blasted the surface area using a mild aggregate followed by properly cleaning the surface with an approved cleaner.

Belzona Facts

The coat savings of this project was thousands of dollars due to the amount of work that would be required if changing out the pump. The alternative was for the client to apply a competitive product but due to the amount of confidence the wastewater system has in Belzona they chose to use Belzona 5811.
