Concrete degraded, old coating failed.
Surface preparation, first power washing, followed by grit blasting.
Floors rebuilt with Belzona® 4111, walls rebuilt with Belzona® 4141, brush blasted and then overcoated with Belzona® 4311 for resistance to sulfuric acid 0-98%.

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How Leaflets TCC-9 and TCC-15.

All previous coatings failed. The application was recently inspected and found to be in excellent condition after 2 years.
