Problem: Existing covers and surrounds badly deteriorated due to corrosion and chemical attack. rapid solution required due to continuous production schedule on site. Conventional steel/concrete covers do not have adequate resistance.

Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with a modified Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1. New drain covers were manufactured off-site from Stainless Steel and infilled with Belzona® 4111. On site bedded into Belzona® 4111 and damaged surrounds rebuilt.
