Belzona® 1521 was applied in accordance with a modified Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-5.

Belzona® 1521 was selected based upon Belzonas track record with its coatings in this service, and the speed of application possible with a spray applied system. In fact this 65m² application was completed, including removal of the existing coating, application, testing and cure in 5 days, reducing downtime for the client. Inspected in 2014 the lining was found to be in excellent condition. Local repairs to mechanical damage carried out before returning vessel to service.
