Problem: The Ebonite coating in a tank containing 26%Hydrochloric acid had localised damage (cracks, grooves, seam failures, adhesion problems) due to the acid contents of the tank.

The application was carried out according to the Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-2.
Belzona Facts
The Belzona products allowed a short downtime for the tank, with easy and in-situ application, without needing to replace the whole ebonite coating, and with a minimum cost compared to the substitution of the existing coating.
