Problem: The BRP (Brine Recirculating Pump) was suffering from scattered corrosion due to damage on the existing coating.

Application Situation

Application is a bit easy because the access is remote but the feasibility of the job is a bit hard due to the huge sizes of the equipment parts and the requirement of using a crane to turn them upside down.

Application Method

The application was done in 4 coat system due to clients coating thickness requirement is to achieve minimum 600 microns.
Application carried out using only 3 inches stiff bristle brush.
Application was done in accordance with product System Leaflet CEP-03
