Problem: General corrosion which creates uniform pitting on the upper part of the tank.
The Operating Temperature is from 80 to 95 deg. C and the relevant advice is to apply High Temperature Protective Coating.

Application Situation

The height of the tank is too high to reach when application, scaffolding erected with wood plank in the same level of lower lid of the manway. Application was done my manual application only due to client's limited budget and to minimize wastages.

Application Method

Application was done using stiff bristled brush only.
The application was done in accordance with System Leaflet TCC-03

Belzona 5892 has been found to meet the extraction limits of NSF/ANSI and CAN 600 and it has been passed on UK water fittings directory as WRAS.
