Problem: There were several cracked and broken tiles. This created a potential hygeine problem and required rectifying to remove traps for bacteria and to aid cleaning.

Tiled floor in bottling room.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets FPA-1 & 3. Belzona® 4131 was used to replace loose tiles sand create a uniform surface prior to application of the Belzopna® 5231.

The Belzona System creates a level, seamless surface that is hygenic in this critical area. The low VOC, low odour of the system was a further benefit in this bottling plant.
