问题: Filler used between the drain pipe and the wall when constructed was allowing water to seep through the one inch gap around the pipe and collect underground. A $10,000 fine from environmental concerns was on the horizon.

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-11b.

The leak was stopped with Belzona® 4211, and then the area was dried with a hot air gun. Belzona® 4111 was used to seal off the leak permanently. This job was done outside during a heavy rainstorm.
