Problem: Over time the movement of the balcony had caused cracks in the substrate. The client had previously tried sand and cement repairs which had failed due to poor adhesion to the subsrate. The client wanted a long term cost effective repair solution to these cracks and protection from future water ingress into the substrate.

Application was carried out following modified Belzona System leaflets FPA-1 & TCC-15
Belzona Facts
After previous traditional sand and cement repairs had failed the Belzona 4131 was selected due its outstanding adhesion and the ability to feather the repairs edges. The Belzona 5811 coating solution was chosen for the long term water-proofing and asthetic appearance of the finished application.
