Problem: This is an unusual area, in that it appears to be a floor area, but is also a roof area to an underground boiler house. The client was having issues with water ingress, mainly from the joints above the boiler house.
A scope was suggested to flaunch the interfaces between the concrete floor and brickwork areas, followed by 2 coats of Winter Grade Belzona 3131
Showing areas of possible leakage through to the underground boiler house
Flaunch applied at 35mm 45 degrees slope to ensure there is no square edge termination point to the Belzona 3131
Completed with 2 x coats Belzona 3131
