Problem: Replacing fast depleting screw conveyors in service is hard. So, customer decided to protect and put to test a newly fabricated screw conveyor coated with Belzona 1812 against the abrasive conditions in the plant.

Application Method
Surface preparation with MBX bristle blaster, grinder and solvent cleaning with Belzona 9111.

Equipment wears out fast due to abrasion and replacement wait time is long. Belzona solution reduced downtime.
