Belzona 5811 as our base coat to the "basin"
Belzona 3121 with Reinforcement cloth to the seams
Application Situation
After removing the thick mat-like coating that had bubbled and failed, we prepared the concrete floor and 8" up the wall with a diamond grinder to achieve desired substrate. We then proceeding with building a 2" cove out of Belzona 4111 to the seam where the wall meets the floor on all sides. Next, we applied 1 coat of Belzona 5811 to the floor and up the walls 8". After curing we painted an 8" strip bridging the floor to the wall out of Belzona 3121 engrained into reinforcement cloth finishing with a second coat of Belzona 3121. 3 weeks later and heavy rains, they are not experiencing any more leaks.

Belzona Facts
We repaired a small 8" drain for UAB a year prior to this repair and it worked well. This led them to decide to do a larger area with us. They are now looking at a 2000 sq ft area with this same application.
