Problem: Bailed product is offered on to 'entry drive rollers' and this causes intermittent fusion at various points on the line, creating blockages and line stop due to the differing substrate temperatures. The rollers are normally 3m in length and varying diameters.

Application Method
This is a unique application and has been undertaken by an experienced local coatings contractor for at least five years. Rollers are grit blasted and degreased, with Belzona 1341 applied as a two coat system in accordance with the IFU document. This application is also applied in accordance wth a modified version of Belzona System Leaflet SHM-12.
Belzona Facts
Several rollers were selected and a trial Belzona 1341 system was applied without any guarantee of success. On the contrary, the coating system proved a great success with significant financial savings by avoiding production hold ups and ease of cleaning the rollers.
