Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System leaflet CEP-10.

Belzona Facts

The pump efficiency of the new pump was tested before leaving the factory and it was found that it did not reach the target value. Traditional methods of smoothing the substrate surface to reduce fluid resistance and enhance pump efficiency have had limited success. The customer chose to apply Belzona energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing coating to the overall internal flow surface of the pump casing, and the pump efficiency was improved. The effect is significant. The test of pump efficiency before and after the coating applied showed that pump efficiency increased by more than 3%, far exceeding the pump efficiency target value required for delivery and far exceeding customer expectations.
