Application Situation

Application Method

Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal) was applied to rebuild and restore areas of significant metal loss on the dryer surface, effectively reinstating its original profile and structural integrity. Following the repair, Belzona 1391T, a high-performance, high-temperature resistant coating, was applied to the entire repair area. This coating provides long-term protection against corrosion, erosion, and chemical attack, ensuring enhanced durability and extending the operational life of the dryer under demanding service conditions.
