They also needed something to withstand the steam temps and chemicals being used. The repair needed to be fast cure in nature as well since limited down time was available.

Application Situation
This application was quoted originally with Belzona 5811 but because of the longer cure times we had to requote using more expensive materials that would cure faster. As soon as we requoted with shortened more expensive method they sent a PO for the job.
Application Method
Arrived at hospital Saturday morning at 8 aM. We taped off and cut out existing vinyl flooring. We then grinded entire floor with Hepa filter concrete grinder. After cleaning the floor we repaired uneven areas with Belzona 1121. We taped off Cart entrances and applied two coats of Belzona 1321. Came back Sunday morning and taped off rest of area , applied one coat Belzona 4911, and applied two coats of Belzona 4311. Application finished at 12 noon and Hospital crew came in later in evening to reassemble the room. Area put back to use Monday morning.
