Problem: The customer had a clamp previously put on a hole in the condensate line. The clamp started leaking and they were going to replace them at this time.

Application Situation
Customer received a quote for 120k from a different company to come out and cut the piping and replace the pipe. The quote did not include down time, cost of crane, and labor to install. Belzona saved the customer costs by offering a cost effective, long term solution.
Application Method
Belzona 4141 was used to encapsulate the holes and then Belzona SuperWrap II system (with Belzona 1982 resin) was used to provide structural integrity to the asset.
