Problem: The secondary containment had formed some cracks over time in the block wall and where the concrete meets the wall.

Application Situation
Belzona was a lot cheaper than the alternative method of tearing down the block walls and rebuilding the containment. Belzona saved the plant over $40,000 dollars and several weeks of rental tanks for Potassium Chloride storage.
Application Method
Abrasive profile/Eco-Blast all areas that were to be coated. Rebuilt damaged area with Belzona 4124 and coated two coats of Belzona 5811. Block wall with cracks were filled with Belzona 4111, coated with Belzona 5815 with 9341 reinforced system,
