Application Situation

Rainwater was filling the gutters and entering behind the flashing into the building.

Application Method

The application was cleaned of any loose material and degreased. The first layer of Belzona 3121 (MR7) was applied and the reinforcement sheet stipled in. Then the 2nd coat was applied and left to cure.

Belzona offered an effective method of stopping any further leaks without the need to replace any of the guttering or flashing.
